Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Banff Minor Hockey holds an Annual General Meeting prior to May 31 each year, with notice given to all members a few weeks in advance.

At this meeting there may be an election for President, Vice President, Secretary, Registrar, Treasurer, Ice Coordinator, Equipment Coordinator, Coaching Coordinator, Director of Communications and the following Directors as required: League Director, Recreation Director and Female Director.

The Officers and Directors elected shall form the Executive Board and shall serve until their successors are elected and installed.

Any member in good standing shall be eligible to stand for election to the Executive Board of the Banff Minor Hockey Association.
