How it Works
Team acceptance is at the discretion of the host team and does not necessarily follow a first-come, first-served rule in order to manage best fit.
No registration fees are charged up front. Accepted teams will be contacted to finalize registration and fee payment.
Tournament registration and payment must be completed in accordance with the registration package that will be provided to teams that have been accepted.
Tournament Withdrawal Policy
- Flat administration fee of $200 will be charged for all cancellations.
- With at least 30 days notice teams will be charged the $200 admin fee and receive a refund for the remaining amount paid.
- Less than 30 days notice the admin fee will be charged and a refund for the remaining amount will only be issued if an acceptable replacement team can be found. No replacement team = no refund.
Cancellations due to Covid
If government restrictions on children's group sports or travel affect the ability to hold or attend a tournament then a full refund will be offered. Otherwise, the regular tournament withdrawal policy applies.
